We completely understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your skydive, simply let us know by email school@skydivedubai.ae or info@skydivedubai.ae at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to provide a full refund.

While we’d love to accommodate every situation, we’re unable to issue refunds for circumstances like not meeting our age, weight, or BMI requirements, being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or scuba diving within 24 hours of your jump. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
