You can use the "Manage Booking" link in your confirmation email to reschedule your booking on your own up to 24 hours prior to your booking time. If you are having trouble updating your reservation, please reach out to us at least 24 hours in advance and we would be happy to assist. If you need to cancel your booking, please reach out to our reservations team at least 24 hours in advance via email. You can contact info@skydivedubai.ae for the Palm Dropzone, and school@skydivedubai.ae for our Desert Campus. Cancellations/ reschedules under 24 hours in advance will incur a penalty fee equivalent to the cost of the jump
