QUESTIONS

What type of coaching do you offer?
We offer formation skydiving (belly flying) coaching to individuals and teams of all skill levels.  We teach basic individual skills, 4-way & 8-way formation skydiving skills, and large formation (big way) skills.

What is the cost for coaching?
Cost for tunnel coaching is cost of the tunnel time plus $100 per 15 minutes. For jumping coaching it's $400 per day.

Are video and pictures included?
Video and pictures are included in some events and optional in other cases. The video is highly recommended for all coached jumps.  This will enhance and increase the effectiveness of the debrief  and learning process. Video is included in the tunnel coaching sessions

Do I need to have experience or a certain number of jumps to sign up for coaching with you?
For skydiving coaching you just need to be graduated off student status.  For wind tunnel training no experience is necessary.

What type of gear do I need for the coached jumps?
You will need your rig with AAD, jumpsuit (with grippers and booties highly recommended), helmet (full face helmet is highly recommended, but not required), altimeter (in addition audible altimeter is recommended), weights if needed.

Is packing included, how much?
Packing is optional but sometimes included in special events or team training to get group or team rates.  Packing is highly recommended while receiving coaching for the day. This will help you maximize the time prepping and debriefing with your coach. You will get more out of your jumps because it reduces fatigue from packing helping you get the most out of your jumps and coaching. It will also help you maximize the number of jumps in a day.

What type of aircraft will be used for your events and coaching?
It can vary for each event. Skydive Dubai has twin otter aircraft, pilatus porter, and a skyvan currently being used. Hercules C-130 and helicopters can also be available depending on the event.

How do I know which events I qualify for?
Each event is geared towards different skill levels so it will depend on the event. There will usually be details about necessary qualifications when each event is announced.  Contact us if you have any further questions about qualifying for the skills camps or events.
